Psalms Ch 46 (kjv)

¹(To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth.) God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

²Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

³Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

⁴There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.

⁵God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.

⁶The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.

⁷The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

⁸Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.

⁹He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.

¹⁰Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

¹¹The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

When we think the world has become to much, worries, stress, frustrations, failures, we must remember that the GOD of JACOB is with us, HE is our Refuge and Strength, a very present Help in trouble. GOD did not send HIS SON, JESUS CHRIST our RISEN LORD, to walk this earth alone. GOD was with our RISEN LORD AND SAVIOR every step of the way. And because of the sacrifice JESUS CHRIST our RISEN LORD made on the CROSS for our sakes, we are reconciled to our FATHER, the ONE TRUE GOD OF ISRAEL, and HE is with us. We are to be still and know that HE ALONE IS GOD!

As the world turns more and more away from the TRUTH OF GOD and turns to darkness, we must not fear. FOR GOD'S WORD is a light unto our path. Whether our battles are personal or are in the world, unless we turn to GOD, the GOD OF JACOB, through JESUS CHRIST our RISEN LORD, and seek HIM truly as our refuge and strength, then we perish. We are loved by our FATHER, and as we as parents protect and love our own children, how much more does our GOD of ISRAEL, through JESUS CHRIST our RISEN LORD, protect and love us? HE gave HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON to save us from the lake of fire, didn't HE? Yes. So as much as you think your problems are too much, to GOD, our LOVING AND GLORIFIED FATHER, BLESS BE HE, our problems are nothing.

Remember this: You belong to our LOVING TRUE LORD GOD through JESUS CHRIST our RISEN LORD, and the world will hate you for that. But as JESUS CHRIST our PRECIOUS RISEN LORD AND SAVIOR told us: (John 15 kjv) ¹⁸If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

So do not think for one moment that life is going to be easy. Therefore: God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
