I feel so bad for the family. But the fact remains, many of us think we know the suspect and his character, aside from having been beaten down most of his life and addicted to Liquor and Pharma drugs would never hurt a fly. Fact is accidents like this can't be fixed or prevented by passing grotesque laws of sanctuary. That fed gun should have been locked in the trunk of that agent's car. It was sitting out on a public thoroughfare in broad daylight. If Sanchez had not picked it up, any number of others, with 7 of 10 also on pharma drugs or liquor, could have picked up that gun and perhaps your daughter would still be alive, but any other person could have used it with intent, unlike Sanchez, whom we believe had no such intent. Until more facts come, based on what's been said by him and the facts at hand, we believe this to be a tragic, accident that no law or policy change could fix, in reality.
