Police shoot teenage special-needs girl within 20 seconds of arriving to ‘help’ (a badge without common sense is deadly--this murderous cop needs to go to death row)

I'm a cop, I arrive to a call and see a young girl holding a knife (a butter knife according to her family):

First action: survey the scene. Is this girl a threat to anyone? is she threatening anyone's life (no she wasn't)

Second action: try and speak to her, order her to put down the butter knife from a safe distance. Use a calm, firm voice.

Third action: get more information on the call (family said the young girl had mental issues and was off her medication). Understand what is happening. Understand why the young girl is holding a knife (which the family said was only a butter knife)

Fourth action: If absolutely needed, use a non lethal weapon to subdue the young girl until medical help can arrive.

Instead of taking necessary steps, after 20 second--it took me longer than 20 seconds to write this--an innocent young girl was shot dead by a trigger happy, murderous, cop.

This cop said he feared for his life from an 18 year old girl, holding what her family said was a butter knife, who was off her medication. Yeah, big man here let me tell you.
Put this murderer on death row where he belongs.
